Michael Pingree was a scientist that worked for the Hardy Foundation.
Biography[]
While Otto Octavius worked at the Hardy Foundation, Michael Pingree was his assistant. Together they created a device called the Argon Matrix Laser.
Years later Pingree was demonstrating the Argon Matrix Laser at a Hardy Foundation expo when it was attacked by Doctor Octopus who wanted to steal it.
Dock Ock captured Pingree and accused him of stealing his idea for the Argon Matrix Laser.
However, Spider-Man arrived and rescued Michael Pingree.
