The Manhattan Bridge is a suspension bridge that crosses the East River in New York City, connecting Lower Manhattan with Downtown Brooklyn. It is one of four vehicular bridges connecting Manhattan Island to Long Island; the nearby Brooklyn Bridge is just slightly farther west, while the Queensboro and Williamsburg bridges are to the north.

When the Tri-Spider Slayer attacked OsCorp, Norman Osborn got into his car and drove to the Manhattan Bridge to escape. Spider-Man later arrived at the bridge and was able to jump on top of the Tri-Spider Slayer and place a bomb on it, which exploded and destroyed it.[1]
Later, Spider-Man headed toward the Manhattan Bridge to reach Oscorp, after deducing that this was where Norman, as the Green Goblin, would take his captives, the Hobgoblin and Felicia Hardy.[2]
