The Kennedy International Airport is the primary international airport serving New York City. It is the busiest international air passenger gateway into North America, the 22nd-biggest airport in the world, the sixth-biggest airport in the United States, and the busiest airport in the New York airport system.

Chameleon arrived in America through the Kennedy International Airport. S.H.I.E.L.D. agents were there waiting for him but Chameleon was able to escape.
When J. Jonah Jameson sent Peter Parker on an assignment to Brazil, Peter flew out of the Kennedy International Airport. J. Jonah Jameson drove Peter to the airport. Also Peter was seen off by Flash Thompson, Felicia Hardy, May Parker, and Mary Jane Watson.
