This estate was the home of Jason Macendale and for a brief time Felicia Hardy.
History[]
Through his criminal activities as the Hobgoblin, Jason Macendale was able to obtain a fortune in stolen goods. With this money Jason bought a mansion.
Jason and Felicia Hardy had their engagement party at the mansion.
Later Felicia found a hidden room in the mansion containing several goblin weapons and learned Jason was really the Hobgoblin. Hobgoblin then returned and learned that Felicia learned his secret. Jason nearly harmed Felicia but Green Goblin broke into Jason's study and kidnapped both Jason and Felicia.
